Refund policy
Because I’m a small independent author, I’m not able to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
That said, I want to make sure you get the book you ordered! If your shipment doesn’t arrive, please reach out to me at dguarrero@discoveringwise.com. Once we confirm it was lost in transit, I’ll gladly send you a replacement copy at no extra cost.
If your book arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
